ORDER PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT

Beenen produces pieces in limited quantities and, in some cases, through pre-sale or made-to-order releases.

In-Stock Items

In-stock items typically ship within X–Y business days after your order is placed.

Pre-Sale & Limited Drop Items

Items marked as Pre-Sale or part of a limited release are produced in small batches and ship within the estimated timeframe listed on the product page.

Please note:

  • Pre-sale ship dates are estimates, not guarantees

  • Production timelines may shift slightly due to manufacturing or logistics factors

  • You will receive email updates if timelines change

SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Orders containing multiple items or modular components (such as jackets and inserts) may ship separately. If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking notifications at no additional cost.

SHIPPING RATES & CARRIERS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. We partner with trusted carriers to ensure reliable delivery.

ADDRESS CHANGES

We will do our best to accommodate address changes after an order is placed. However, once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, we cannot guarantee modifications.

SHIPPING PROTECTION

We strongly recommend selecting shipping protection at checkout for added peace of mind. If shipping protection is declined, Beenen is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in transit.
