RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At BEENEN, every piece is thoughtfully designed and intentionally made. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, and we’re happy to accept eligible returns and exchanges under the guidelines below.

RETURNS

We offer a 14-day return window, meaning you have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • Free of damage, odors, or signs of wear

  • Returned with all original tags attached

  • In original packaging

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or returned to the customer.

A $12 return shipping & handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

An exchange shipping & handling fee of $7 applies.

To ensure availability, we may offer an instant exchange option. If selected, your replacement item will ship immediately. Your original item must be returned within 20 days of the exchange date. If not received within this window, you will be charged for the exchanged item.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

  • Insert bundles and individual inserts

  • Limited-edition or promotional items

  • Items purchased at a discount

STORE CREDIT

Store credit may be requested within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

A $12 shipping & handling fee will be deducted from your issued store credit.

HOLIDAY RETURNS

Orders placed between December 1st and December 31st are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided all return conditions are met.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International orders may be returned; however, all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can make it right.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing. Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
