What is BEENEN?
BEENEN is a Patent Pending, modular denim jacket designed to evolve with you. Each jacket features interchangeable sleeves and a removable back panel, allowing you to transform your look without purchasing an entirely new jacket.
How does the modular system work?
Every BEENEN jacket is designed with integrated zippers and buttons that allow you to remove and replace the sleeves and back panel. Insert bundles can be swapped in seconds, giving you multiple looks from a single jacket.
What comes with an insert bundle?
Each insert bundle includes:
- Left sleeve insert
- Right sleeve insert
- Back panel insert
All three pieces are designed to work together and are sold as a complete set.
Do insert bundles fit every jacket?
The size of the insert bundle should correspond to the size of the jacket.
Can I mix and match different inserts?
Absolutely! The BEENEN system was created to encourage personalization. As new insert collections are released, you'll be able to update your jacket to suit different occasions, seasons, and personal styles.
How does the jacket fit?
The BEENEN jacket is intentionally designed with an oversized silhouette. Because the body of the jacket is relaxed and adaptable across a range of body types, the primary difference between sizes is sleeve length.
For the best fit, we recommend selecting your size based on height:
- XS/S — Recommended for individuals 5'5" and under
- M/L — Recommended for individuals between 5'6" and 5'10"
- XL/XXL — Recommended for individuals 5'11" and above

What is the jacket made from?
The BEENEN jacket is crafted from 100% cotton denim and finished with custom hardware designed specifically for the modular system.
Will more insert styles be released?
Yes! The jacket is intended to serve as your foundation piece, while future insert collections introduce new fabrics, textures, and designs over time.
How should I care for my jacket?
We recommend following the care instructions included with your garment. Care requirements may vary depending on the insert fabric.
Returns
What is Your Return And Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all original packaging and tags.
For insert bundles, all components including:
- Left sleeve
- Right sleeve
- Back panel
must be returned together as a complete set.
*Shipping charges are non-refundable.
How do I start an exchange for an item I purchased?
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at hello@shopbeenen.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and the item you'd like to exchange, and our team will guide you through the process.
ARE SALE ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM?
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@shopbeenen.com and we'll make it right.
